I can post many suggestions/views for the betterment of Mysore city. Some of my apprehensions are whether my suggestions are first of all being looked at.If yes,then are they serious in implementing those (of course if they find the suggestions valid enough).

Reply to the posts so that the citizen is confident that his posts are actually being read.
Post your limitations be it financial or anything, which you feel that the citizen's suggestion might not hold good in a particular case/project.
That would make this interaction worthy
